Eventually, we re-entered into a Sales contract with Kathy’s seller and completed the original purchase; largely because my comfort level in her communications resolved any worries that had festered.

November 08, 2010Kathy: Your request, if I could pick only one, my choice would be the ability you have: To always find the best way to take care of a situation, not meaning in the expeditious sense but rather in a win / win sense. The most important aspect that I see as your strong ability to take care of a situation is to really take care of the people in that environment. This comes from (in my opinion, since that's what you’re asking for) being there, being present and whole. So that's only one ability, you can figure out how to summarize that. Ok, the gloves are off. No just kidding. In regards to your abilities, I believe you put yourself above others however; I have yet to hear how you have treated yourself to a retreat or pampered yourself. It is almost that you empty your serenity cup into everyone else's life but end up with not much for yourself. I wish this for you. You are determined and you are a Survivor/Fighter. There is a lot to be said about that ability. Chantel says that you stick to things and your determination is nothing short of "Pit Bullishness".
